It’s January 12, and a very hot day is about to hit the Belgian capital… A vehicle, adorned with the logo of a travel agency, speeds along a highway ramp. Inside: a man and three women… Miguel, his overly curious daughter, his overbearing mother, and a young Ukrainian woman who crossed the border illegally in an attempt to find her missing husband.
They are driving toward their destinies—a volatile mix for a day that’s too hot…
